The Grate Seal Basin Waste is specifically designed for installation in basins in domestic and commercial situations. The silicone valve housed within the stainless steel body acts as a one way valve, allowing the flow of water, whilst preventing airborne bacteria, odours and insects etc, escaping from the sewage system into habitable zones.

Incorrect Items:
14 days from receipt of order, strictly only for products in unused, original condition, with labels & packaging (card and clip) intact. Please contact us at sales@grateseal.com.au to arrange the return process.
Return postage is at purchaser’s expense.
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept products which have been placed (either fully or partially) into drainage outlets, even if size is determined to be incorrect.
Products which have been customised/trimmed cannot be returned. It is therefore crucial to obtain accurate measurements of floor or shower waste outlet pipes (where the Grate Seal will be installed) to ensure the correct size is purchased.
To avoid damage and to extend the life of the Grate Seal product, no harsh or abrasive chemicals (e.g. bleach, Drano, etc) should be used while the Grate Seal is in situ. Please remove the Grate Seal product prior to their use.
